My barglar gate lock has this behavior of not turning the which makes it hard to open. I normally keep on trying until it opens. I assumed it's caused by water entering the ke space, resulting in a rust inside. I used WD-40 spray to make the Barglar gate lock turns smoothly and I need it worked and now I'm having no problems at all. WD-40 does wonder in a shortest time.
